This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs Your use of the 4o Image Generation website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by 4o Image Generation ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into Our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
By using the Service, You agree to this AUP. If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.
Scope
This AUP applies to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API customers, and to all use of the Service, including text prompts, uploads, API requests, and any distribution of outputs from the Service.
Prohibited Content: NSFW, Sexual, and Exploitative Material
Generation, attempted generation, or distribution of the following is strictly prohibited:
Adult, NSFW, or sexually explicit content. This includes, without limitation, pornography; depictions of sexual acts; explicit genitalia or sexual activity intended to arouse; and content that a reasonable person would consider "not safe for work" due to sexual or prurient character.
Sexually suggestive content created or requested for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification, or that is otherwise inappropriate in a professional or general-audience context when using the Service as offered.
Content involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context, including fictional or stylized portrayals, or any content that could sexualize minors.
Non-consensual intimate imagery and related exploitation (e.g., deepfakes of private intimate content without consent).
These rules apply to prompts, reference images, outputs, and any use of the Service to seek or create such material.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass, evade, or disable content policies, safety filters, rate limits, or moderation, including through prompt injection, "jailbreaks," repeated rephrasing, encoded or split instructions, or external tools used solely to evade detection;
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to generate content that is illegal in Your jurisdiction or Ours;
- Use automation, scripts, or bulk requests to abuse the Service, circumvent quotas, or harm other users or systems;
- Harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group;
- Introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
Marketing and Representations
You must not market, resell, or represent the Service as providing uncensored, unfiltered, or unrestricted AI generation, or as a means to create content that violates this AUP. The Company does not market the Service in that manner. Misleading representations may result in account action.
Enforcement
We may, at Our sole discretion, monitor use of the Service to the extent permitted by law and Our Privacy Policy. We may take any action We deem appropriate for violations, including: issuing warnings, removing or blocking content, suspending or terminating accounts, revoking API access, refusing refunds where permitted by law and Our Terms of Service, and cooperating with law enforcement when required or appropriate.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when We do. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP, unless We are required to obtain separate consent under applicable law.
